Shuttering and concrete hand — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Washington County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works You will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
