Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Kent County, Maryland. You should have: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang The role involves fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
