Dumper truck operator • Mesa County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Mesa County, Colorado. The job is at a landfill site. Day to day you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Full-time, day shift.
