The role involves: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 5+ years on the tools preferred.
