Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bottineau County, North Dakota. The job is in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
