Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Franklin County, Mississippi. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
