Lift maintenance fitter • Forest County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Forest County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
