Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Chicot County, Arkansas. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 1+ years on the tools preferred.
