Safety inspector • Okene, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Okene, Kogi State. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On a typical shift you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges.
