Vacancy available: we are hiring an access control officer in Dorchester County, Maryland. You will be based at a hotel entrance. Day-to-day duties: • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Clean police verification with no criminal record • Valid PSARA / security guard licence At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
