Powder coating technician wanted in San Miguel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in San Miguel County, Colorado. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
