Chiller technician • Hampden County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chiller technician in Hampden County, Massachusetts. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
