Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Washington Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
