Great opportunity: scullery hand (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Montgomery County, New York. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
