Now hiring: powder coating technician (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in San Jacinto County, Texas. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
