We are recruiting: offshore rigger (Wisconsin)

Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Pierce County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
