Powder coating line operator — City and County of Swansea

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in City and County of Swansea, Wales. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around £2,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
