Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Montgomery County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 6+ years on the tools preferred.
