Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based at an accident repair centre. On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
