We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Newport, Wales. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
