Vacancy available: we are hiring an access control officer in Iosco County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
