Immediate opening: paint booth operator (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Inyo County, California. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred.
