Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Saratoga County, New York. You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off.
