Sausage maker wanted in Williamsburg County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
