Paint booth operator wanted in Hot Spring County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $9,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
