Scaffolding labourer — Winnebago County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Winnebago County, Iowa. The job is at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level On the job you will handle: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level 2+ years on the tools preferred.
