Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor supervisor in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The job is at a serviced apartment. On a typical shift you will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and rotational offs • Clear police verification / background check • Team player who clears rooms under time pressure On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
