Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Clark County, Idaho. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
