Maintenance painter wanted in City of Manassas Park

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site 3+ years on the tools preferred.
