UPVC window fitter wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Warren County, Illinois. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
