Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Roberts County, South Dakota. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
