We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nnewi South, Anambra State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
