Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Schoharie County, New York. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
