Fry cook wanted in Contra Costa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Contra Costa County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
