QC technician • Isiala-Ngwa North, Abia State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Isiala-Ngwa North, Abia State. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Rotating shifts.
