Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Westchester County, New York. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
