Vacancy available: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Carroll County, Iowa. You will be based at a double glazing firm. Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Own basic hand tools an advantage Your main tasks: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
