Elevator technician • City of Edinburgh, Scotland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day to day you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
