Kitchen steward wanted in Calaveras County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Calaveras County, California. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
