Fire and safety officer wanted in Todd County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Todd County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On a typical shift you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
