CNC machine operator • Washington County, Maryland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Washington County, Maryland. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. You will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
