Urgent requirement: brickwork mason (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Somervell County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
