We are recruiting: refrigeration field service technician (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Knowsley, England. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. You will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders 2+ years on the tools preferred.
