Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Humphreys County, Tennessee. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
