Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Missoula County, Montana. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
