Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Franklin County, Missouri. The role involves: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
