Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Furnas County, Nebraska. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
