Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
