Immediate opening: roofing technician (Maryland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. You will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
