Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Kogi State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
